PROJECT DETAILS

Denso Paste™, Densyl™ Tape and Denso PVC Self-Adhesive Tape™ were chosen to protect 2’’ buried and exposed gas pipelines in Doha, Qatar.

Densyl™ Mastic was recommended to profile all pipe joints prior to wrapping. Additional UV Protection over the above system for the above ground exposed sections was also recommended in the form of Denso Ultraseal RT™ Tape and Denso Acrylic Topcoat™ (white). The recommended spiral overlap of tape was 55%.
